Location:
- On-site in Charlotte NC
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the on-air host and sideline reporter for team broadcasts, events, and digital content
- Act as the in-house reporter and media personality featured across social, web, and streaming channels
- Conduct player, coach, and executive interviews; deliver timely and engaging game-day coverage
- Collaborate with content, social media, and production teams to create fan-focused storytelling
- Represent the organization at events, on the road, and in live coverage opportunities throughout the season
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an on-air reporter or host, with strong camera presence and interviewing skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of and passion for football, with past experience covering the sport
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with frequent travel required
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with both players and fans
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and game days as needed
