- Serve as the go-to person for office, facilities, vendor, and employee workplace needs
- Ensure the office remains safe, functional, professional, and ready for employees and visitors
- Own relationships with property management, maintenance, janitorial, security, and other vendors
- Lead the logistics behind a major office move, coordinating movers, IT/telecom, furniture, timelines, and employee communications
- Help minimize disruption while ensuring a smooth transition into the organization's new Charlotte office
- 3+ years of office management, facilities management, or a combination of both
- Hands-on experience managing vendors, building/property management, office services, or facilities needs
- Experience coordinating an office move, relocation, renovation, or similarly complex logistics project is highly valuable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities without needing significant oversight
- A proactive, hands-on problem solver who is comfortable jumping between administrative and facilities-related needs
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with employees, leadership, vendors, and building management
- Comfortable working fully onsite in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte and proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
