This group manages networking and communication systems that directly impact customer transactions and day-to-day business performance. LOCATION
Hybrid/Onsite – South Charlotte
WHAT YOU WILL DO
-
Troubleshoot and resolve WAN/LAN and VPN connectivity issues across multiple sites

Support VoIP phone systems, including line management, call routing, and SIP trunking
-
Partner with ISPs and telecom vendors to resolve outages and billing issues
-
Respond quickly to escalations that affect site operations or payment processing

Document solutions and provide guidance to Level 1 IT support staff

Ensure security and compliance across networks and VoIP systems
HOW WILL YOU QUALIFY
-
2+ years of experience in networking and/or telecom support (multi-site or retail environment preferred)

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, and firewalls

Hands-on experience with VoIP technologies (SIP, RTP, QoS)

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to support on-site staff remotely

Excellent communication and vendor management skills
