LOCATION:
  • 5 days onsite in South End
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Oversee training, onboarding, and performance of all account management personnel.
  • Manage client accounts, including setup, communication, and reporting.
  • Handle day-to-day logistics for the National Fleet Department, including POs, billing, and issue resolution.
  • Manage deadlines and progress across assigned client base, ensuring timely project completion.
  • Responsible for welcome and setup of new customer accounts.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Proven leadership and operational management skills, with the ability to optimize processes and manage a small team.
  • Experience in fleet management, automotive operations, or commercial account coordination.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite and Smartsheet; Salesforce experience is a plus but not required.
  • 3+ years working in account management and/or a customer service capacity.
  • Automotive after-market equipment knowledge experience is preferred.
