WHERE IT IS LOCATED
Hybrid, with the role primarily remote and occasional in-office presence approximately once every other week. The office is located in Charlotte, NC.
 
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Coordinate and support marketing projects primarily focused on website management and related technology integrations.
  • Serve as a marketing generalist, assisting with campaign management and regional marketing activities across North and South Carolina.
  • Act as a liaison between physician offices and internal teams to resolve issues related to online profiles and digital experiences.
  • Manage project documentation, scheduling meetings, and tracking tactical requests to ensure timely execution.
  • Utilize content management systems (Optimizely) and project workflow tools (Wrike, Smartsheets) to support marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support larger marketing initiatives and regional growth efforts.
  • Provide client-facing support with confidence and professionalism, balancing assertiveness and relationship management.
  • Assist in maintaining and expanding marketing efforts to support Novant Health’s growth and diversification strategies.
 
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
  • 3-4 of relevant experience preferred, with the ability to operate independently while taking direction from a manager
  • Strong project coordination skills, including documentation, scheduling, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with marketing functions, especially as a generalist with knowledge of website management and content management systems (CMS) such as Optimizely
  • Experience or aptitude in SEO and project workflow tools like Smartsheets or Wrike
  • Ability to navigate complex client relationships with confidence and professionalism, demonstrating thick skin and strong behavioral skills
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but candidates from regulated industries like financial services with direct-to-consumer marketing experience will also be considered
