WHERE IT IS LOCATED
  • Remote in EST/CST  - Charlotte NC highly preferred
  • Occasional travel involved (a couple times per quarter)
 
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Lead strategy and execution for social media and broader marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns align with overall business goals.
  • Develop integrated marketing plans that span social, in-store promotions, events, and partnerships to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Direct and manage external agencies, ensuring creative assets and campaigns are on-brand, on-time, and effective.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (paid media, CRM, analytics, retail locations) to deliver cohesive campaigns across channels.
  • Monitor performance and trends, using insights to refine strategies and optimize marketing impact.
 
BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • 5–10+ years of marketing experience encompassing social media, paid media/search, creative development, etc., in consumer-facing industries: multi-location retail, hospitality, or automotive is required. (Automotive strongly preferred)
  • Strong marketing project management skills with proven experience leading campaigns from strategy to execution,
  • Strong track record working with agency partners or in an agency environment, with the ability to direct external teams.
  • Hands-on knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools (Instagram, TikTok, Sprout Social, etc.) plus familiarity with paid media.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced deliverables.
