WHERE IT IS LOCATED
- Fully remote opportunity within the United States, with candidates in Eastern or Central time zones strongly preferred.
- Occasional travel may be required for events or other business needs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for assigned programs, campaigns, and audience engagement initiatives.
- Manage multi-channel marketing efforts across email, paid media, social, web, landing pages, and other digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance against key goals, evaluate pacing and conversion trends, and recommend adjustments to improve results.
- Use historical campaign data, audience insights, and performance benchmarks to inform future strategy, targeting, forecasting, and channel decisions.
- Partner closely with creative, operations, events, content, and other internal or external resources to move campaigns from planning through execution.
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while providing clear reporting, identifying performance risks, and keeping campaigns aligned with business objectives.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
- 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong background in performance marketing, digital marketing, audience engagement, event marketing, or integrated campaign management.
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical, medical education, or medical device industry experience is required.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns across areas such as email, paid media, social, web, events, digital products, or educational programs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign data, measuring performance against KPIs, and translating insights into actionable marketing decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution while managing multiple programs, deadlines, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with experience partnering effectively with internal teams, agencies, contractors, creative resources, or marketing technology partners.
