- Serve as a critical connector across multiple internal teams to help keep projects, launches, and campaigns moving efficiently and on schedule
- 1–3 years of experience supporting marketing programs, campaign execution, digital marketing operations, or brand coordination efforts
- Experience working in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly within process-driven or high-volume environments
- Experience with community and reputation management
- Hands-on exposure to social media platforms, CRM/email marketing systems, digital content coordination, or local listing management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally engage internal teams and external audiences
- Experience within franchise, retail, multi-location, consumer services, or customer-facing industries is highly preferred
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment where responsiveness, adaptability, and execution are critical to success
