WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Own and execute early-lifecycle and retention campaigns that nurture new customers from first engagement through repeat activity
  • Build triggered journeys using behavioral segmentation; develop onboarding/education flows that reduce early drop-off
  • Launch remarketing and service-recovery workflows for lapsed/at-risk audiences, including referral and micro-incentive programs
  • Be hands-on in marketing automation tools to deploy 1:1 communications across email, SMS, and digital channels (and coordinate mobile/app messaging as applicable)
  • Run A/B testing, manage campaign calendars, and deliver KPI/ROI reporting with clear performance insights and recommendations
 
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
  • 4–6+ years in lifecycle/CRM, retention, and campaign execution (early lifecycle nurturing + remarketing preferred)
  • Proven ability to build triggered, segmented journeys and optimize performance in a test-and-learn environment
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms across email and at least one additional channel (SMS, push, in-app, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable with experimentation, dashboards, KPI tracking, and tying results to business impact/ROI
  • Strong cross-functional partner (creative, paid media, broader marketing) with crisp communication and high attention to detail
