WHERE IS IT LOCATED
  • Stallings, NC (just east of Charlotte, NC)
  • Full-time, in-person role (no remote work).

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Support and enhance the JobBOSS2 ERP system, ensuring full adoption across production, planning, and other departments.
  • Assist in production scheduling, reporting, and performance analysis to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
  • Provide day-to-day technology support for shop floor and office hardware/software (printers, scanners, computers, devices).
  • Manage and configure devices using Apple Business Manager and Meraki MDM; oversee licenses and equipment lifecycle.
  • Train users, document best practices, and ensure cross-departmental data consistency.
  • Partner with third-party IT vendors and internal stakeholders to coordinate projects, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Ensure security protocols, data integrity, and compliance with evolving industry standards.

HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology, Information Systems, Business Operations, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment (JobBOSS2 strongly preferred).
  • Understanding of production planning, inventory management, and manufacturing workflows.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to support hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train shop floor staff and bridge IT/Operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel; exposure to Power BI or SQL a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
