LOCATION:

  • Onsite 4 days a week in Charlotte, NC.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead contract management and supplier performance for a diverse portfolio of operationally critical suppliers.
  • Manage supplier relationships, contractual commitments, performance guarantees, and remedies to ensure partners consistently meet expectations.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with supplier leadership teams to evaluate performance, address challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor supplier performance, build recurring reporting, identify trends, and provide actionable insights using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Partner with internal operations and supply chain leaders to ensure supplier performance supports business continuity, operational reliability, and overall business objectives.

A BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, supplier management, or contract management, with prior experience in the aviation industry required.
  • Experience managing supplier performance, contracts, vendor relationships, and business reviews in a complex operational environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel experience; SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data and reporting tools are a significant plus.
  • A data-driven, fact-based approach to decision-making, with the ability to turn complex information into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential, whether through prior supervisory experience or as a strong individual contributor ready to step into a manager-level role.
