WHERE THIS ROLE WILL SIT
  • Hybrid - onsite 4 days per week
  • Travel up to 10%
 
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Strong understanding of short-term and long-term disability plan structures, including benefit payment processes
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state regulations related to ADA, FMLA, military leave, and company-specific leave policies, including parental, personal, administrative, and workers' compensation programs
  • Serve as the primary liaison responsible for training and educating HR teams on leave management, ADA processes, and the use of third-party administrator (TPA) portals.
 
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • 3+ years of experience in Leave Administration
  • Experience managing a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication - able to present to Senior Leadership
