THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• Strong accounting and financial reporting background within a large, complex, or multi-entity organization.
• Experience with consolidations, intercompany activity, reporting packages, close processes, and financial statement preparation.
• Public accounting foundation or corporate reporting/consolidation experience is highly valuable.
• Comfortable working with senior finance and accounting leaders in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong Excel and systems aptitude; ability to learn tools quickly and use technology to improve reporting and analysis.
• Experience improving close timelines, reporting accuracy, process flow, or team efficiency.
• Ability to operate hands-on while also thinking through broader process and business impact.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across accounting, finance, and operational stakeholders.
• Best fit for someone who enjoys technical reporting work but also wants exposure, ownership, and process improvement.
• CPA or advanced accounting credentials preferred, but strong hands-on consolidation and reporting experience is most important.
