WHERE IT IS LOCATED
  • On-site 4 days a week in Charlotte, North Carolina. (Wednesdays are remote)
 
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Manage day-to-day operational activity for assigned customer accounts using internal technology and reporting tools.
  • Monitor the movement, status, and availability of customer shipments or equipment throughout the operational lifecycle.
  • Investigate system-generated exceptions, identify potential issues, and coordinate appropriate next steps.
  • Communicate with customers, service providers, vendors, and internal teams to support timely and accurate execution.
  • Maintain accurate account information, operational records, and customer updates.
  • Respond to customer questions and provide visibility into active operational activity.
  • Review account performance, utilization, or service data during recurring customer discussions.
  • Build the operational knowledge and client-facing skills needed to take on greater account ownership over time.
 
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
  • You are an early-career professional or recent graduate interested in building a career in operations, customer service, or supply chain.
  • You learn quickly and are comfortable adapting to new systems, terminology, and processes.
  • You bring a strong work ethic, personal accountability, and the motivation to grow within an expanding organization.
  • You are highly organized and able to manage detailed information accurately.
  • You can recognize when something is not progressing as expected and take initiative to help resolve it.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally through email, virtual meetings, and internal collaboration.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
