WHERE IT IS LOCATED
- On-site 4 days a week in Charlotte, North Carolina. (Wednesdays are remote)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage day-to-day operational activity for assigned customer accounts using internal technology and reporting tools.
- Monitor the movement, status, and availability of customer shipments or equipment throughout the operational lifecycle.
- Investigate system-generated exceptions, identify potential issues, and coordinate appropriate next steps.
- Communicate with customers, service providers, vendors, and internal teams to support timely and accurate execution.
- Maintain accurate account information, operational records, and customer updates.
- Respond to customer questions and provide visibility into active operational activity.
- Review account performance, utilization, or service data during recurring customer discussions.
- Build the operational knowledge and client-facing skills needed to take on greater account ownership over time.
