WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Maintain attorney calendars, track deadlines, and support time management
  • Assemble trial binders and organize case documents for hearings and filings
  • Communicate with clients to gather documentation and ensure timely follow-up
  • Edit, tag, and redact documents using Adobe and manage file systems via NetDocs
  • Handle administrative duties and document preparation for attorneys and associates
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • 3–5+ years of legal administrative experience, preferably in litigation or insurance defense
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Office, NetDocs, and e-filing systems
  • Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously preferred
