WHERE THE ROLE IS LOCATED:
- Charlotte metro
- Hybrid schedule with 2 days in office
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Manage lease abstraction, compliance, critical date tracking, and ongoing enforcement of lease terms
- Perform rent-related calculations—including escalations, CPI adjustments, late fees—and ensure timely invoicing
- Maintain master lease files, tenant correspondence, insurance documentation, and monthly rent roll accuracy
- Serve as a liaison across accounting, leasing, asset management, and property management to streamline operations
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Must have commercial real estate experience supporting lease administration and CAM reconciliations
- Ability to interpret lease language, financial obligations, amendments, estoppels, and related legal documents
- Hands-on experience with property management systems (Yardi Voyager preferred) and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional with the ability to manage deadlines and high-volume priorities
