- Perform quality assurance testing within the Salesforce environment, focusing on interpreting and validating business requirements.
- Assist with Salesforce configuration tasks, including building reports and managing campaign data loads.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and team members to understand and deliver on project needs.
- Support the onboarding process by working primarily on-site during the initial period to gain exposure and integrate with the team.
- Contribute to a fast-paced, highly customized Salesforce environment by addressing requests and resolving issues efficiently.
- Grow into a more advanced Salesforce admin role over time, gradually increasing configuration responsibilities and reducing QA focus.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clear understanding of QA requirements and deliverables.
- Experience working within Salesforce, including hands-on usage and familiarity with its environment
- Basic knowledge or experience in QA testing, particularly related to Salesforce applications
- Ability to interpret and work with business requirements in collaboration with Business Analysts
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders
