LOCATION & WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Must reside within 25 miles of Charlotte, NC or Washington, DC

  • Hybrid schedule (1–3 days per week in office)

  • Occasional client site travel

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Offensive Security Execution

  • Conduct ethical cyberattacks using real-world adversary TTPs in controlled environments

  • Support Red Team engagements including planning, execution, and reporting

  • Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and web/mobile application testing

  • Participate in social engineering simulations

HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY

  • US Citizenship required

  • Active U.S. government security clearance required

  • Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field

  • Strong understanding of:

  • Core network protocols and standard port assignments

  • IT systems architecture and cybersecurity principles

  • Penetration testing methodologies (PTES, OSSTMM, NIST, OWASP)

Experience or exposure to:

  • Penetration testing, vulnerability analysis, or malware research

  • Command-line environments (Windows & Linux)

  • Basic scripting (Python, PowerShell, Ruby, Perl)

  • Programming languages such as C++, C#, PHP, AJAX, HTML

  • Familiarity with offensive tools such as:

  • Cobalt Strike

  • Metasploit

  • Nikto

  • SQLMap

  • Responder

  • Nessus

  • Netcat

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
