3–5+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, or IT automation environments
Hands-on experience with scripting tools such as PowerShell and/or Python
Strong exposure to Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Experience working with APIs, integrations, and automation frameworks across cloud and on-prem environments
Familiarity with IT service management, cybersecurity standards (ITIL, NIST, CIS), and change/configuration management processes
Ability to operate both tactically and strategically, building automation solutions while supporting broader IT initiatives
