IT operations team supporting a variety of Microsoft, network, and business application environments

Works across hardware, software, security, and connectivity to ensure smooth technology operations

Collaborates with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot, improve, and maintain systems

A hands-on technical role with exposure to diverse technologies and environments

Onsite - 5 Days a week -

Provide IT support for Microsoft technologies including Office 365, Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Teams, and antivirus solutions

Manage network-level services including WAN/LAN connectivity, security, VPN, and Cisco VOIP phones
-
Support line-of-business applications, printers, and related systems
-
Document systems, review processes, and make technical recommendations
-
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
-
Install and configure computer hardware and peripherals
-
Communicate with vendors to resolve service or product issues
-
Experience with tools such as O365/Teams, Sophos Security Suite, Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Mac OS, ITSM software, VOIP phones, network switches, and VPNs

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments

Excellent communication, customer service, and documentation skills

Ability to learn new technologies quickly and share insights with teammates

Preferred: Cisco VOIP and switch administration, Microsoft Copilot, D365/F&O, Power BI, and ShareFile administration experience
-
Education: BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience; IT certifications (A+, CCNA, MCP, MCSA, MCSE) preferred
