- Experience navigating the scale and complexity of a large organization and influencing initiatives that cut across functions.
- Strong business and financial acumen. You understand that great technology strategy is ultimately business strategy.
- Executive presence with the ability to take complexity, find the story, and influence senior-level decisions.
- Experience building business cases, evaluating investments, and connecting technology spend to measurable business outcomes.
- A strategic builder who can create structure where it does not exist, challenge existing thinking, and still roll up their sleeves to execute.
