- Provide desktop support for PCs, mobile devices, application access, and user support.
- Administer and participate in the selection and implementation of a virtual desktop solution.
- Manage vendor relationships by acting as a liaison with the 3rd-party network management partner, ensuring firm objectives are met.
- Monitor network performance, identify risks, and support the implementation of network monitoring and controls.
- Support conference room technology, including audio/video setup and troubleshooting for Teams, Zoom, and Webex meetings.
- Primary Systems you would work with are Centerbase for time and billing, Net Dogs for document management, Adobe, Vonage for phone systems, and QuickBooks
- Play a pivotal role for their virtual desktop implementation and multifactor authentication rollout
- Prior IT experience in a high-paced, professional services or law firm environment.
- Strong background in desktop support, network administration, and vendor management.
- Experience supporting enterprise systems such as time & billing, document management, and accounting platforms.
- Ability to manage demanding users and build credibility as a trusted in-house IT partner.
- Proven track record of supporting growth environments with new people, processes, and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or relevant experience
