THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

  • Join a large, established organization investing heavily in the modernization of its technology environment and project management capabilities.
  • Partner with an evolving IT PMO supporting enterprise-wide strategic and transformational initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with technology, business leadership, development, infrastructure, security, and third-party partners.
  • Report directly to the IT Director of PMO with strong visibility across the organization.

LOCATION

  • Fort Mill, SC
  • 5 days per week onsite

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Lead complex IT projects from planning and requirements gathering through implementation, integration, and delivery.
  • Own project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
  • Serve as a key driver of Jira Cloud governance and adoption, including project configuration, workflows, permissions, automation, time capture, and PMO standards.
  • Partner closely with development, network, and security teams to improve consistency and effectiveness across Jira and SDLC processes.
  • Support major Oracle and Microsoft technology initiatives, coordinating internal stakeholders and third-party vendors throughout delivery.
  • Identify project risks, build mitigation strategies, and ensure initiatives remain aligned with committed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Help drive change management and end-user adoption as new technology platforms and processes are introduced.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 5+ years of IT project or program management experience supporting complex technology initiatives.
  • Strong hands-on Jira Cloud experience with the ability to administer, configure, and optimize projects, workflows, permissions, automation, and time capture.
  • Experience working within Agile / Scrum environments and established SDLC processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, project budgets, risks, and competing priorities.
  • Experience leading enterprise system implementations or integrations.
  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud technologies, including ERP, HCM, CX, or Field Service, is highly valuable.
  • Exposure to Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, or Power Apps is also beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • PMP, Jira, Agile, or other relevant technical certifications are a plus.
