Lead IT projects for generation operational systems, HSSE platforms, and related data center/cloud solutions
-
Develop project plans, manage timelines/budgets/scope, and drive execution to successful delivery
-
Define integration requirements across operational systems and IT infrastructure (cloud, SaaS, physical environments)
-
Gather and translate business needs into technical system requirements, configurations, and customizations
-
Coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal teams for procurement and implementation activities
-
Oversee project governance, performance reviews, and continuous improvement measures
-
Provide post-implementation support for business applications, including issue resolution, enhancements, and documentation
-
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with operational systems focus (generation/energy preferred)

Strong skills in project planning, execution, and cross-functional team leadership

Analytical problem-solver with ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), MS Project, Jira, and other project management tools
-
Preferred: Knowledge of Aveva PI, GE EMS, Maximo, VT SCADA, or similar generation operational systems
-
Familiarity with ISO/RTO compliance requirements and renewable generation practices
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or related field (advanced degree or PMP certification preferred)
