- This role serves as the primary onsite IT leader, embedded directly with operations and accountable for ensuring technology reliably supports day-to-day execution while enabling future growth.

LOCATION:
- Onsite - Lebanon TN 37090
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for onsite IT operations.
- Partner closely with Operations, Quality, R&D/Lab, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service.
- Support and govern core enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, manufacturing systems).
- Collaborate with consultants and shared services to validate, test, and guide system enhancements.
- Address and resolve day-to-day IT issues impacting production and logistics.
- Develop and maintain operational and leadership reporting (BI dashboards)
- Lead and mentor local IT resources while managing a remote functional team member.
- Coordinate closely with centralized Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, Data/BI, and Applications teams.
- Promote governance, documentation, and disciplined change management practices.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Experience supporting process-driven manufacturing environments, such as chemical, coatings, batch, or regulated industrial operations.
- Demonstrated player/coach leadership style with the ability to mentor both technical and functional team members.
- Proven ability to stabilize and govern enterprise systems rather than solely acting as a primary builder.
- Experience partnering with consultants and shared services, with the ability to evaluate work, guide outcomes, and support testing and training.
- Strong understanding of production, logistics, inventory, quality, and order-to-delivery workflows.
- Exposure to ERP and CRM platforms within manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Working knowledge of business intelligence and operational reporting, with the ability to create or confidently own dashboards.
