WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Analyze inventory data to ensure accurate valuation of raw materials, work-in-process, finished goods, and customer inventory for financial reporting
  • Prepare month-end journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses
  • Reconcile warehouse inventory systems with the accounting system
  • Lead physical inventory counts, investigate variances, and process inventory adjustments
  • Perform inventory aging analysis and recommend or process necessary adjustments
  • Maintain and improve standard cost processes and methodologies
  • Calculate, review, and update standard costs to ensure accurate inventory valuation
  • Review, calculate, and update customer pricing as required
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
  • Lead special projects and participate on continuous improvement teams as assigned
A BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Minimum of three years of experience in Accounting, Inventory, or Logistics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and drive issue resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization and with global counterparts
  • Ability to travel as needed
