- Develop and execute internal communication strategies that foster alignment, engagement, and a strong sense of organizational culture across departments.
- Create clear, compelling content for multiple channels including newsletters, intranet, leadership messaging, and company-wide announcements.
- Partner with executives and department leaders to ensure consistent messaging and support for strategic initiatives, change management, and employee engagement campaigns.
- Monitor communication effectiveness through feedback and analytics, continuously refining approaches to improve clarity, reach, and employee connection.
The Background That Fits:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing or similar is required
- 5+ years of experience of corporate writing experience is required
- Experience managing and writing for corporate communications channels - corporate intranets, mobile, and internal social media channels is required
- Location-based communications or marketing experience is required
- Experience with external public relations for the brand is required
- Strong executive communications experience is required
