- ~3 month contract with possibility of extension
- Remote (East Coast hours) - (Hybrid in Charlotte preferred)
Responsibilities
- Step in quickly to support Internal Audit work tied to the Oracle Fusion implementation, with a strong focus on testing, risk assessment, and go-live readiness.
- Review and assess management’s User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure key processes are appropriately tested, issues are documented, and remediation is tracked through resolution.
- Engage with project leaders, IT, and business teams to evaluate project health, readiness, and key risks, then summarize findings and concerns for leadership.
- Perform hands-on audit work independently, including reviewing documentation, testing evidence, evaluating data conversion controls, identifying issues, and clearly communicating findings.
Background That Fits
- 5+ years of Internal Audit experience, including exposure to ERP implementations, system conversions, or broader transformation-related audit work.
- Experience reviewing or supporting UAT, go-live readiness, data conversion, and internal controls within complex business and systems environments.
- Strong understanding of audit methodology, risk assessment, control evaluation, and issue identification, with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving setting.
- Background in Internal Audit, IT Audit, Risk Advisory, or Internal Controls, with strong communication skills and the ability to quickly ramp up and add value.
