WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
  • Ensures timely and accurate payroll processing for approximately 500 employees across multiple pay cycles
  • Supports administration of 401(k) and payroll-related benefits functions, including invoice coding and accrual reporting
  • Manages payroll complexities tied to H2B workforce populations, including housing deductions and onboarding-related expenses
  • Serves as a key liaison with office administrators regarding missed hours, payroll adjustments, and employee reimbursements
  • Maintains accurate labor coding and payroll reporting across Aspire, Inova, and QuickBooks systems
 
BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • 3+ years of full-cycle payroll administration experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience processing both weekly and biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employee populations
  • Strong understanding of payroll deductions, benefits administration, accruals, and reimbursement processing
  • Familiarity with payroll systems such as Inova, Aspire, QuickBooks, or comparable platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage a standalone payroll function with minimal oversight
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with HR, finance, and operational teams
