- Supports administration of 401(k) and payroll-related benefits functions, including invoice coding and accrual reporting
- Manages payroll complexities tied to H2B workforce populations, including housing deductions and onboarding-related expenses
- Serves as a key liaison with office administrators regarding missed hours, payroll adjustments, and employee reimbursements
- Maintains accurate labor coding and payroll reporting across Aspire, Inova, and QuickBooks systems
BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 3+ years of full-cycle payroll administration experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience processing both weekly and biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employee populations
- Strong understanding of payroll deductions, benefits administration, accruals, and reimbursement processing
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as Inova, Aspire, QuickBooks, or comparable platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage a standalone payroll function with minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with HR, finance, and operational teams
