LOCATION
- Fully onsite in Rock Hill, SC
- Monday through Friday during standard business hours
- This is a temporary assignment (approximately 6 weeks) with immediate impact expectations

- Ensures uninterrupted HR operations during a critical temporary leave period
- Acts as the primary onsite HR presence supporting employees, candidates, and leadership
- Maintains continuity across recruiting, onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance requirements
- Supports plant operations by ensuring timely hiring, proper onboarding, and workforce readiness
- Helps uphold compliance standards across I-9s, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 2+ years of hands-on HR Generalist experience, ideally within manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including candidate coordination and onsite interview support
- Strong working knowledge of HR compliance processes, including I-9s and onboarding documentation
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, Time & Attendance)
- Comfort operating in a highly visible, onsite role with direct interaction across all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across recruiting, payroll support, and HR administration simultaneously
- Experience supporting hourly or plant-based workforces is strongly preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
