- The organization is seeking an interim HR leader to help stabilize the HR function during a temporary leadership gap
- Ensure continuity across payroll processing, employee onboarding, and benefits administration including support during annual open enrollment
- Serve as a key resource supporting employees and managers with day-to-day HR needs
- Provide hands-on HR support to ensure business operations and employee experience remain uninterrupted
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner role
- Hands-on experience managing payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR operations
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll platforms such as Paylocity or similar systems
- Experience supporting small to mid-sized organizations with approximately 200–500 employees
- Ability to step into an interim environment and quickly take ownership of operational HR responsibilities
- Comfortable working in-office in North Charlotte
