WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Support and improve fixed asset processes, reporting, and workflows.
  • Perform reconciliations and ensure alignment between subledger and general ledger.
  • Assist with month-end close and related accounting responsibilities.
  • Partner on accounting for projects, capitalized costs, and related activities.
  • Analyze data and build supporting schedules to drive accuracy and insight.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and overall efficiency.
  • Operate independently while collaborating with leadership for direction and priorities.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting & Finance required
  • 3 to 8 years of accounting experience at a senior accountant or similar level.
  • Strong foundation in general accounting, including close and reconciliations.
  • Experience with fixed assets accounting, ideally including cleanup or process improvement.
  • Exposure to Workday preferred; willingness to learn the fixed asset module if needed.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of key responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive solutions.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
