THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
•Join a growing organization on an interim leadership engagement during a critical period of business growth and operational transformation across the U.S. business
• Step into a highly visible finance leadership role partnering directly with Operations, Development, Supply Chain, Marketing, HR, and Technology leadership teams

• The organization is bringing in temporary leadership support during a key period of operational growth and transformation across the U.S. business
• This leader will help drive forecasting accuracy, financial visibility, and cross-functional decision support for critical business functions
• The role plays an important part in helping leadership better understand store-level performance drivers, operational risks, and profitability opportunities
• This person will help strengthen financial controls, improve operational discipline, and support initiatives tied to labor optimization, food cost management, scheduling efficiency, and productivity improvements
• The right individual will provide immediate leadership and stability to the finance organization while helping position the business for continued operational scale and long-term performance improvement
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required; MBA and/or CPA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally within FP&A, operational finance, or finance business partnering environments
• Prior experience supporting multi-unit retail, or consumer-facing organizations strongly preferred
• Strong background partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, HR, Technology, and executive leadership teams
• Demonstrated success translating operational drivers into actionable financial insights that improve profitability and business performance
• Experience leading forecasting, performance analysis, margin improvement initiatives, and operational finance decision support
• Strong understanding of financial controls, governance, risk management, and operational performance metrics
• Proven people leadership experience with the ability to mentor, develop, and lead high-performing finance teams
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate strategically while also supporting tactical execution in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly establish credibility, drive business partnership, provide operational finance leadership, and create immediate impact during a critical interim period
