What You Will Be Doing

Leading the financial strategy and operational oversight for the entire organization.

Providing financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis to guide executive decision-making.

Overseeing revenue cycle management, with responsibility for payer compliance (Medicare, Medicaid, private insurers).

Driving operational excellence in finance, IT systems, and risk management.

Guiding large-scale initiatives such as facility expansions, real estate projects, and mobile health units.

Leading and mentoring finance, IT, and revenue cycle teams, cultivating a culture of accountability and collaboration.
The Background That Fits

Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader, ideally within a nonprofit healthcare or behavioral health environment.

Expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, and executive-level financial modeling.

Strong operational knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and compliance.

Experience managing complex, multi-payer revenue cycles (Medicare, Medicaid, private payers).
