Location
  • Hybrid in South Charlotte (3 days/week in office)


What You Will Be Doing
  • Leading the financial strategy and operational oversight for the entire organization.

  • Providing financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis to guide executive decision-making.

  • Overseeing revenue cycle management, with responsibility for payer compliance (Medicare, Medicaid, private insurers).

  • Driving operational excellence in finance, IT systems, and risk management.

  • Guiding large-scale initiatives such as facility expansions, real estate projects, and mobile health units.

  • Leading and mentoring finance, IT, and revenue cycle teams, cultivating a culture of accountability and collaboration.


The Background That Fits
  • Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader, ideally within a nonprofit healthcare or behavioral health environment.

  • Expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, and executive-level financial modeling.

  • Strong operational knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and compliance.

  • Experience managing complex, multi-payer revenue cycles (Medicare, Medicaid, private payers).

  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and developing organizational talent.

  • A commitment to mission-driven work and the values of community-centered care.
