- The Integration Manager Consultant serves as a bridge between technology and operations, ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of enterprise systems across newly acquired and existing partner companies.
- This consultant leads deployments, conducts user training, and drives alignment between corporate standards and local operating processes.
- The role is pivotal in achieving consistency, scalability, and efficiency across a rapidly expanding national organization.
WHERE IT IS LOCATED
- Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with approximately 50% travel to regional partner sites across the U.S.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
- Proven experience leading ERP or field service management system implementations (Viewpoint Spectrum, Vista, or BuildOps strongly preferred).
- Background managing multi-site integrations or system rollouts with measurable adoption and user satisfaction outcomes.
- 4+ years in finance, accounting, or technical systems roles with exposure to ERP/CRM platforms.
- Demonstrated strength in stakeholder communication, process alignment, and user training.
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and streamline processes in fast-paced, growth environments.
- PMP, Six Sigma, or CSPO certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, MIS, or related discipline.
