- You’ll be part of a collaborative consulting team supporting a large, nationally operating infrastructure and services organization undertaking a major digital modernization effort. This client is rolling out Procore across hundreds of project managers, field leaders, engineering teams, and operational staff to standardize project execution and improve visibility across the enterprise.
- As part of the AccruePartners team, you’ll work closely with senior leadership, IT delivery, system integrators, and end users to design and deliver training that ensures successful adoption of the new platform and the processes that support it.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
- The Instructional Designer Consultant will play a central role in enabling the successful implementation of Procore’s Project Management module across 400–500 users.
- This consultant will design the training strategy, develop blended learning content, and facilitate delivery to drive consistent adoption among both corporate and field-based employees.
- The role is pivotal in equipping the workforce with the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to operate within new workflows, ensure project execution standards, and sustain long-term utilization of the platform.
WHERE IT IS LOCATED
- Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with required travel to additional regional sites if not local.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
- Proven experience in instructional design with a strong background developing training for enterprise technology implementations.
- Experience designing and delivering training for construction technology, Procore, or field-based operational systems preferred.
- Ability to create blended learning solutions including digital modules, ILT/VILT, microlearning, videos, and job aids for diverse user groups.
- Demonstrated success building and facilitating Train-the-Trainer programs for large populations.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to translate system configuration, workflows, and technical requirements into clear, practical learning.
- Comfort working with IT teams, system integrators, SMEs, and project leadership in fast-paced implementation environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related discipline preferred.
