The inside sales team plays a critical role in converting inbound demand and expanding existing accounts

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
-
Owning an inside sales pipeline from lead qualification through close
-
Responding quickly to inbound leads and consistently following up to convert opportunities
-
Conducting outbound calls and emails to generate new business
-
Qualifying customer needs and recommending safety, PPE, and system solutions
-
Preparing, presenting, and closing quotes and proposals
-
Upselling and cross-selling within existing customer accounts
-
Maintaining accurate CRM activity, forecasts, and customer data
-
Collaborating with outside sales to expand key accounts and territory revenue
-
Staying current on OSHA and ANSI standards to support consultative selling
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
-
2+ years of inside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota
-
B2B manufacturing or safety-related sales experience strongly preferred
-
Comfortable working with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
-
Self-motivated, ethical, and a strong cultural contributor
