- Serves as a power user and key partner to business and technology teams.

- Helps ensure the incentive compensation platform is accurate, scalable, compliant, and aligned with business rules.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- Experience supporting, configuring, or improving an incentive compensation management platform such as ICM, Motivator, Varicent, Xactly, Oracle ICM, or a similar system. (Oracle ICM strong preference)
- Strong analytical background with the ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Experience working with HR, IT, sales operations, finance, compensation, or enterprise business applications.
- Ability to write logical queries, build complex Excel formulas, and support calculations/reporting.
- Comfortable performing QA testing, troubleshooting system issues, identifying root causes, and recommending process or system improvements.
- Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical business partners.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and special projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
