WHAT THEY OFFER YOU
  • The opportunity to build and shape the HR function during an important stage of organizational growth.
  • Direct partnership with executive leadership on hiring plans, employee initiatives, and workforce strategy.
  • Broad ownership across talent acquisition, payroll, employee relations, training, benefits, compliance, and performance management.

  • Occasional local travel may be required for career fairs, recruiting events, or employee training.

  • Develop onboarding, training, employee development, and performance programs that strengthen workforce readiness and retention.
  • Serve as the primary HR partner for employee relations, workplace investigations, coaching, policy interpretation, and employment compliance.
  • Own payroll processing through ADP, including timecard review, reconciliation, issue resolution, reporting, and year-end coordination, while supporting international payroll requirements.
  • Oversee benefits administration, employee records, compensation support, immigration coordination, workforce reporting, and other daily HR operations.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience within manufacturing, production, industrial, or another workforce-intensive environment.
  • Proven success recruiting both skilled hourly employees and professional or technical talent within a growing organization.
  • Hands-on ADP payroll experience with responsibility for reviewing time, processing payroll, correcting discrepancies, and preparing reports.
  • Experience handling employee relations, investigations, policy development, performance management, benefits, compliance, and workers’ compensation matters.
  • A builder mentality with the ability to introduce HR structure, training programs, and scalable processes while remaining involved in day-to-day execution.
