THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
-
5–7+ years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to both HR generalist leadership and talent acquisition strategy.

Experience leading or mentoring recruiting teams and building effective hiring processes.

Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership on employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational initiatives.

Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HRIS/ATS platforms.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach leaders, resolve complex employee issues, and influence across a matrixed organization.
