The Background That Fits

Bachelor’s Degree (or Associate with equivalent experience).

Minimum eight years of progressive employee relations and HR development experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of HR compliance, legal requirements, and government reporting.

Proven success in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee development.

Experience administering performance management, compensation, and benefits programs.

Ability to design and implement HR policies, training, and employee engagement initiatives.

Skilled in employee relations, conflict resolution, and representing company in hearings/investigations.

Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to interact at all organizational levels.

Demonstrated leadership managing HR staff and building HR processes, especially in environments with limited systems support.
