LOCATION
- On-site 5 days a week in Charlotte, NC
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the day-to-day HR function with oversight of employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, HR operations, and policy execution.
- Manage and mentor a small HR team, helping drive consistency, development, and strong partnership across the business.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for complex employee relations matters, investigations, performance concerns, and sensitive workplace issues.
- Oversee benefits operations, vendor relationships, compliance, open enrollment, claims escalations, and broader plan administration.
- Partner with leadership on HR reporting, systems optimization, compliance initiatives, and process improvements that support a positive and productive employee experience.
