- On-site 4 days a week in Charlotte NC
- Frequent travel across the US to other offices

- The HRBP will partner closely with leaders on workforce planning, staffing needs, employee relations, and retention.
- This person will coach managers, support employee engagement, and help strengthen leadership consistency across the business.
- The role requires someone who can build trust quickly, influence without authority, and push back respectfully when needed.
- This is a hands-on HRBP opportunity for someone comfortable being close to the business and staying connected across locations.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- Several years of progressive HRBP experience supporting employee populations of 300=400+
- Experience partnering with leaders across operations, sales, or other high-volume business groups.
- Strong background in workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, retention, engagement, and manager coaching.
- Ability to operate independently, build credibility with demanding leaders, and adapt as business needs shift.
- Experience in fast-paced industries such as transportation, logistics, sales, manufacturing, hospitality, or similar environments would translate well.
