- Human Resources Manager or HR Business Partner experience with exposure to employee relations, recruiting, compensation, and HR operations.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to build credibility with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Experience working within HRIS platforms and supporting HR processes, reporting, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with HR certification considered a plus.
