WHERE THIS WILL SIT
- Charlotte, NC, 5x per week onsite.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support the day-to-day administration of human resources, including onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Assist with employee relations matters while helping ensure consistent HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Coordinate payroll activities, including timecard review and payroll support for hourly and salaried employees.
- Administer benefits processes and assist with benefit enrollments, changes, and employee communications.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data while supporting reporting and compliance initiatives.
- Partner with HR leadership on special projects, process improvements, and initiatives related to organizational growth.
A BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Previous experience supporting human resources in an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or HR Generalist capacity.
- Working knowledge of payroll administration, benefits, and employee relations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
- Experience utilizing an HRIS platform; exposure to payroll systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
