LOCATION

Based in Charleston, SC, with regular travel to locations across South Carolina and Florida (approx. 25% travel)

Facilitates a seamless new hire experience from offer through orientation, ensuring operational readiness

Builds strong relationships with General Managers and front-line employees to ensure HR is trusted and accessible

Supports investigations and employee relations matters with professionalism and integrity

Ensures compliance with I-9s, E-Verify, background screening, and HRIS documentation

Delivers HR training, conducts audits, and helps maintain a culture of compliance and accountability
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

3–5+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a decentralized or multi-location environment
-
Bachelor’s degree required, with PHR/aPHR certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and onboarding workflows

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across all levels of the organization

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn internal HRIS systems
