THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
  • You will be joining AccruePartners Project Solutions , partnering directly with a growing construction organization undergoing a critical HR systems transformation
  • Our Project Solutions practice supports clients across four core pillars: Enterprise Program & PMO Leadership; Business & Technology Enablement; Process Optimization; and Operational Readiness & Change Adoption
  • In this engagement, you will be embedded within the client’s HR leadership team, working directly with the Chief People Officer and key stakeholders to drive rollout and adoption of their UKG environment
  • You will collaborate closely with HR, operations, and field leadership across a distributed workforce of ~620 employees (scaling to ~1,000), ensuring the system is translated into clear, usable processes across the business
  • This role sits at the intersection of system capability and business execution—focused on making UKG work in the real world, not just in theory

WHAT WE OFFER YOU
  • Opportunity to lead a high-impact HRIS rollout and adoption initiative through AccruePartners Project Solutions
  • Direct access to executive leadership and ability to influence how HR processes scale in a growing organization
  • Hands-on role driving real outcomes across system usability, process design, and employee experience
  • Flexibility to operate in a hybrid consulting model (1–3 days onsite)
  • Strong potential for continued engagement across post-launch stabilization and optimization

LOCATION

Charlotte, NC / South Carolina region with a hybrid structure
1–3 days onsite depending on project phase, with flexibility for remote work

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
  • Translate a recently implemented UKG system into a clear, structured, and scalable operating model for the business
  • Design and execute a comprehensive rollout strategy ahead of a targeted late June / early July go-live
  • Ensure employees and managers understand how to use the system through well-defined processes, job aids, and communication
  • Bridge the gap between system capability and day-to-day business usage across both field and corporate populations
  • Establish consistency, clarity, and adoption across critical workflows including job changes, reclassifications, and employee lifecycle actions

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Experience leading HRIS rollout, adoption, or implementation efforts, ideally within UKG environments
  • Strong understanding of HR workflows and how systems support real-world business processes
  • Experience building rollout plans, job aids, SOPs, and training materials for diverse employee populations
  • Ability to translate system functionality into clear, practical guidance for managers and employees
  • Experience working across both corporate and field-based workforces is a plus
  • Strong communication and change management capability, with a hands-on approach to execution
  • Comfort operating in environments where systems are functional but not yet optimized for use
