  • Ensures HR leadership has access to accurate, timely, and actionable reports during a critical operating window.

  • Plays a key role in managing open enrollment reporting, benefit integrations, and payroll data integrity.

  • Stabilizes weekly integration feeds, reducing errors and delays in critical employee processes.

  • Improves system workflows and documentation to strengthen HRIS performance long-term.


THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 10+ years of HRIS experience with advanced UKG Core and UKG BI Reporting expertise .

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for report building, data validation, and root cause analysis.

  • Preferred experience with UKG Benefits, Payroll, and ATS platforms such as Jobvite.

  • Track record of building new reports, troubleshooting data joins, and ensuring integration feeds run clean.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, quickly deliver critical reports, and stay responsive to HR/Finance leadership needs.
