Stabilizes weekly integration feeds, reducing errors and delays in critical employee processes.

Improves system workflows and documentation to strengthen HRIS performance long-term.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
-
10+ years of HRIS experience with advanced UKG Core and UKG BI Reporting expertise .

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for report building, data validation, and root cause analysis.

Preferred experience with UKG Benefits, Payroll, and ATS platforms such as Jobvite.

Track record of building new reports, troubleshooting data joins, and ensuring integration feeds run clean.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, quickly deliver critical reports, and stay responsive to HR/Finance leadership needs.
