Location:

Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation and enhancement of UKG Workforce Management and UKG Pro systems.
- Customize UKG configurations to align with evolving business needs.
- Design and maintain reporting tools for tracking HR metrics and organizational insights.
- Provide user support and training while developing platform documentation.
- Collaborate on system upgrades, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
Background That Fits
- 5+ years in an HRIS Analyst role with a strong focus on UKG systems.
- Deep experience with both UKG Pro and Workforce Management platforms.
- Experience with Power BI reporting tool in UKG
- Skilled in HRIS data integration, reporting, and system optimization.
- Adept at navigating multi-unit, complex organizational structures.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
