Responsibilities

Partner with HR, IT, and third-party vendors to implement, enhance, and maintain Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, and Recruiting, ensuring alignment with business and workforce strategies.

Collaborate closely with external consulting firms during Workday implementation and optimization projects, serving as the HR systems lead to ensure successful deployment and integration.

Design and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to track key HR metrics and organizational insights, enabling data-driven decisions across the employee lifecycle.

Provide system support and training to HR users, developing clear documentation and job aids to promote platform adoption and user self-sufficiency.

Support ongoing system upgrades, configuration changes, release testing, and process improvement initiatives to ensure a high-performing and compliant HRIS environment.
